There are a number of supports available to assist first-time buyers in purchasing a new home. Depending on your situation, you might qualify for one or more of the following government incentives:

Help to Buy (HTB) Scheme:
Under the Help to Buy (HTB) Scheme, first-time buyers in Ireland can claim up to 10% of the value of their property, which may amount to a maximum of €30,000. This initiative is designed to assist first-time buyers in accumulating the necessary deposit for acquiring or constructing a qualifying residential property. First Home Scheme:
First-time buyers may qualify for the government’s First Home Scheme, which is a shared equity scheme providing up to 30% of the price of a new home.
